Gmail just announced that you can now use IMAP to access Gmail–this means all your sent messages will be synchronized, and your labeling / deletion / folder management will also be synchronized. Awesome!
Just set this up according to this tutorial.
Threading support in the view is a little lacking, but this will be nice for whenever I need to check / respond to email offline.
